Job summary

Hypro Group in Maharashtra, India invites experienced Design Engineer to review and design equipment including static and pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and associated ancillaries for EPC projects in Breweries, fruit processing, beverages and pharma.

You will develop fabrication drawings, welding details, weight calculations, and BOQ, ensure compliance with ASME/DIN/AD/EN codes, maintain data in SAP, and coordinate with vendors and the design team to deliver integrated vessel

Qualifications

• B.E Mechanical required with 10-15 years experience in EPC sectors (breweries, beverages, pharma).
• 3D software knowledge mandatory (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design of Equipment: Static, pressure vessels, heat exchangers.

• Review of vendor drawings for static and rotary items.
• Fabrication drawings and welding details.

Education& Experience

• B.E Mechanical with 10-15 experience in EPC companies for Breweries, FruitProcessing, Beverages, Pharma.
• 3D software knowledge is must.

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong organizational Leadership and English communication skills, Budgeting, Costing workout,Manufacturing Drawing Checking, Process & planning Skills, Manage Design Team, MultiProjects Handling, etc.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings
• IT skills and experience using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and Solid works
• The ability to transfer, display and manipulate your work using Microsoft Office and otherprogrammes
• Organisation and time management to complete work to project deadlines
• A flexible approach to decision making
• Mathematical skills to complete calculations and estimates
• Spatial and design skills to be able to visualise projects in 2D and 3D
