Job summary

CLUIX Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer for our in-house team at the Research & Innovation Park. This role emphasizes practical design and real-world engineering challenges.

You will model parts and assemblies in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, perform FEA, motion, thermal, and flow simulations, and prepare drawings with GD&T and BOM. Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 or SolidWorks required.
• Understanding of mechanical simulation workflows.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, plastics).
• Strong interest in product design & engineering.

Responsibilities

• 3D modeling & assembly design using Fusion 360 / SolidWorks.
• Performing FEA, motion, thermal, and flow simulations.
• Designing mechanical components, enclosures, jigs, and fixtures.
• Preparing engineering drawings, GD&T, and BOM.
• Supporting prototyping, testing, and DFM improvements.
• Collaborating with electronics and firmware teams.
