Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design of plastic & aluminum die cast components, assemblies for an Industrial Weld controller.
• Design and Modification of components & sub-assemblies of Weld controllers.
• Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications.
• Selection of standard mechanical elements, interfacing with electronics & software.
• Manufacturing and assembly drawing creation as per design standards.
• Perform thermal simulations, heat sink calculations.
• Database management and BOM creation in SAP.
• Engineering calculation & documentation CAD tool : Creo, Autodesk Inventor, PDM
