Synthires is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to support a project focused on developing advanced AI systems for engineering applications. Apply your expertise in mechanical design, 3D CAD, technical drawings, and FEA to help train and validate AI systems.

You will create CAD models, interpret drawings, document requirements, and contribute to stress analysis. Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA is required. No prior AI experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD modeling and FEA.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
• Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong understanding of stress analysis, FEA principles, and engineering validation.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $55–$100/hour.
