Job summary

OS Consultancy Hr & Placement Service is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design and SPM, based in Mumbai. The role involves designing machines, coordinating with vendors, and developing SPM concepts. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, plus BOM and GA drawings, is required.

Candidates should reside in the Mumbai region and be prepared for on-site work. Knowledge of NPD and current software tools will be advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineer with 2–5 years in mechanical design and SPM.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; knowledge of NPD and latest software.
• Experience in machine design, design calculations, and BOM.
• Residing in Mumbai region.

Responsibilities

• Design machine building & equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and develop & design SPM.
• Sheet metal and machining parts design using SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
• Prepare BOM, cost estimation, and GA layout drawings of the machine.
