The position requires a Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree with 8–10 years of MEP site experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with scheduling tools like MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in MEP construction site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project is an advantage).
• Good leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on-site MEP construction activities.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain quality standards and implement quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at site.
• Verify contractor bills and track material consumption.

The Mechanical/Electrical Site Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budget. The role focuses on site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
