Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate equipment execution activities in line with project requirements.
• Review work scope and identify resource, equipment, and logistical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site readiness and support efficient work-front availability.
• Ensure proper deployment and utilization of equipment, tools, and manpower.
• Supervise field activities to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Support mobilization and demobilization of project resources.
• Track progress and productivity, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, procedures, and project guidelines.
• Assist in resolving technical and execution-related issues at site.
• Prepare and maintain execution plans, method statements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Maintain project records, reports, and status updates.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of assigned project activities.
