Role Overview

The role focuses on compliance reporting related to Talent Product. It does not own compliance end‑to‑end but supports associated reporting and audit functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting activities under defined SOPs.
• Review evidence, document findings, support audit and track compliance outcomes across Service Operations.
• Maintain compliance trackers and reporting inputs.
• Support internal and client audits by preparing compliance reports and audit artifacts.
• Track audit findings and coordinate remediation and closure.

Skills & Knowledge

• Compliance monitoring documentation (mandatory).
• Audit support evidence management (mandatory).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy (mandatory).
• Other skills may be preferred.

Experience

Specific experience in compliance, audit support, or operations governance of at least 13 years is required, alongside 5–8 years of overall experience.
