Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Measurement & Report Senior Analyst with 5–8 years of experience. You will work on Talent & HR - Employee Data Process Design, handling day-to-day compliance monitoring and reporting under defined SOPs in a structured setup.

Qualifications

  • Support internal and client audits by preparing compliance reports and audit artifacts.
  • Track audit findings and support closure coordination.
  • Maintain compliance trackers and reporting inputs.
  • Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems in daily work.
  • Interact with peers, clients, and Accenture management as needed.
  • Rotational shifts may be required.

What would you do?

Day-to-day activity: Execute day-to-day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting activities under defined SOPs. Responsible for evidence review, documentation, audit support, and tracking compliance outcomes across Service Operations. This role supports compliance reporting and does not own compliance end-to-end.
