Job summary

Amoli Talents seeks a seasoned MDM leader to mentor a skilled data-management team and align India operations with global standards. You will own data governance, lifecycle management, and KPI SLAs, driving cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT.

The role requires deep MDM, ERP, and Oracle Fusion knowledge, plus advanced SQL and analytics using Power BI and Looker. You will steer data integration, testing, and tool optimization to support ongoing enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management or related field.
• 5+ years of MDM experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion, MDM, data governance and ERP systems.
• Advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI and data analytics.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, cloud and integration platforms.
• Shared services/GCC experience preferred; MDM/Data Governance certifications are a plus.
