Job summary

Tekskills seeks an MDM Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience to design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud, establishing governance for Product, Grower, Supplier and Customer data domains.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure MDM solutions support business goals, drive data quality, migrate legacy data to Oracle Cloud, and enable seamless synchronization with ERP, CRM and other data platforms. Location: Pan India; WFO.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud to establish governance for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions support business goals and industry best practices.
• Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality across all master data domains.
• Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to ensure synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout business processes.
• Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation, and data integrity.
• Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
• Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and KPIs.
