Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced MDM Technical Lead to design and govern Master Data strategies across Oracle Cloud. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to align data governance with business objectives and ERP integration.

The candidate will lead data migration efforts, ensure data integrity, and establish dashboards to monitor data quality and key metrics across Product, Supplier, Customer domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in MDM leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and ERP systems.
• Experience designing data governance frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud governance to ensure data quality across Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer domains.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align MDM solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
• Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality across master data domains.
• Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to sync Product, Supplier, and Customer data across business processes.
• Lead migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation and data integrity.
• Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and KPIs.

MDM Strategy & Governance:

• Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud, establishing robust governance frameworks for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions support business goals and industry best practices.
• Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality standards across all master data domains.
• Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to ensure seamless synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
• Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation, and overall data integrity.
• Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
• Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and key performance metrics.
