Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking an experienced MDM L2 Administrator in Bangalore to manage mobile device and data management across Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. You will deploy, configure and monitor MDM solutions, enforce security policies, and troubleshoot issues to ensure policy compliance and device health.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in MDM (Intune/JAMF/ABM). The role is onsite in Bangalore with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within

• 8+ years of overall technical experience with 5+ years in MDM (Intune/JAMF/ABM).
• Hands-on experience in Intune, JAMF, ABM and other MDM tools.
• Deploy, configure and maintain MDM tools; enforce security policies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain the MDM tools/solution.
• Intune/JAMF Pro administer suite tools and packaging deployments.
• Monitor device health across Windows, Mac, iOS, Android.
• Implement patches and upgrades to keep devices secure.

Position Overview:

Mobile device / data management (MDM) involves creating a single master record for each person, place, or thing in a business, from across internal and external data sources and applications. This information has been de-duplicated, reconciled and enriched, becoming a consistent, reliable source.

What you’ll do as the (MDM L2 Administrator):

• 8+ years of overall technical experience and 5+ years' relevant experience in MDM (Intune / JAMF / ABM)
• Hands on Experience in Intune, JAMF, ABM & other MDM tools / Platform
• Deploy, configure, and maintain the MDM tools / solution.
• Intune / JAMF Pro-Administrator: Intune, Jamf Pro Suite tools, Application Packaging, and deployment
• Composer, image deployment using JAMF, creating policies for managing Mac via JAMF, Patch Management, Compliance Management, and Apple Business Manager.
• Monitor the performance and health checks of all the clients' devices (Windows / Mac / Android / iOS) in the MDM Tool.
• Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to keep all the devices enabled.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MDM platform.
• Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)
• Enrolls and manage mobile devices across the organization.
• Implement policies and profiles for device configurations and security settings.
• Manage mobile application lifecycles, including distribution, updates, and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Assist with device onboarding and device enrolment processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and assessments of the MDM platform.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows), device management protocols (MDM, MDE & MAM), and security best practices.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
