Job summary

ZS Associates seeks an Associate Mac Endpoint Management Administrator to manage macOS devices in an enterprise setting. The role requires hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro, Intune, Kandji, and other MDMs, plus packaging, configuration profiles, and scripting skills.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, collaborating with teams to ensure secure, compliant endpoint management and strong user support across projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing macOS endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM.
• Experience with macOS packaging and software deployment.
• Strong understanding of configuration profiles, policies, and device management workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting macOS OS and applications.
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting (Bash/Zsh) preferred.
• Jamf 100 and/or Jamf 200 certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Nexthink for endpoint monitoring and digital employee experience management is an added advantage.
• Exposure to macOS security frameworks, compliance standards, and automation tools preferred.

We are seeking an Associate Mac Endpoint Management Administrator with 2-3 years of experience managing macOS devices in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, along with expertise in application packaging, configuration profile management, and endpoint support.

• Experience with macOS application packaging and software deployment.

• Experience troubleshooting macOS operating system and application‑related issues.
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting (Bash/Zsh) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Jamf 100 and/or Jamf 200 certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Nexthink for endpoint monitoring, reporting, and digital employee experience management is an added advantage.
