Job summary

Zones Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking an MDM L2 Administrator to manage end-to-end mobile device management across Windows, Mac, iOS and Android environments from Bangalore (WFO).

You will deploy, configure and monitor MDM tools, create policies, and ensure device compliance and security in a fast-paced environment. Strong scripting and hands-on expertise with Intune, JAMF Pro and ABM are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in MDM systems (Intune/JAMF/ABM).
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring and maintaining MDM tools.
• Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience across Windows/Mac/iOS/Android device management and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM administration across platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).
• Deploy, configure and maintain MDM tooling and policies.
• Monitor device health, patching, and compliance across client devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related incidents and outages.
• Enforce security configurations and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard devices and apps.

Position Overview

Mobile device / data management (MDM) involves creating a single master record for each person, place, or thing in a business, from across internal and external data sources and applications. This information has been de-duplicated, reconciled and enriched, becoming a consistent, reliable source.

What You’ll Do As The (MDM L2 Administrator)

• 8+ years of overall technical experience and 5+ years' relevant experience in MDM (Intune / JAMF / ABM)
• Hands on Experience in Intune, JAMF, ABM & other MDM tools / Platform
• Deploy, configure, and maintain the MDM tools / solution.
• Intune / JAMF Pro-Administrator: Intune, Jamf Pro Suite tools, Application Packaging, and deployment
• Composer, image deployment using JAMF, creating policies for managing Mac via JAMF, Patch Management, Compliance Management, and Apple Business Manager.
• Monitor the performance and health checks of all the clients' devices (Windows / Mac / Android / iOS) in the MDM Tool.
• Implement patches, updates, and upgrades to keep all the devices enabled.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MDM platform.
• Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)
• Enrolls and manage mobile devices across the organization.
• Implement policies and profiles for device configurations and security settings.
• Manage mobile application lifecycles, including distribution, updates, and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Assist with device onboarding and device enrolment processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and assessments of the MDM platform.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows), device management protocols (MDM, MDE & MAM), and security best practices.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
