Job summary

Tecnoprism seeks a Senior Informatica MDM Implementation Lead to hands-on implement Informatica MDM across multiple domains in Bengaluru. You will design data models, match/merge strategies, and integration patterns with JDE, D365, and other systems, delivering end-to-end MDM solutions.

You will configure MDM Hub / IDMC CDI, implement data quality rules, and ensure performance, scalability, and governance for complex data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Master Data Management implementation, with at least 3–5 years specifically on Informatica MDM (on-prem Hub) and/or Informatica Cloud MDM / IDMC CDI.
• Proven experience implementing multi-domain MDM (minimum two domains among Vendor, Customer, Product).
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM Hub configuration (base objects, packages, match/merge, trust).
• IDMC / Informatica Cloud (CDI, IICS) for integrations and data pipelines.
• IDQ or IDMC DQ rules for profiling, standardization, and validation.
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle/SQL Server) for reconciliation queries and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Informatica MDM solution design for Vendor, Customer, and Product domains, aligned with the architecture and governance.
• Define and document the Informatica MDM data model (base objects, child objects, relationships).
• Design match/merge strategies (probabilistic, deterministic, survivorship) for all domains using Hub / IDMC CDI.
• Configure base objects, child objects, and packages in MDM Hub / IDMC CDI for multiple domains.
• Develop cleansing and standardization rules using IDQ/IDMC mappings; ensure data quality and validation.
• Build IDMC mappings and pipelines to ingest data from JDE, D365, Coupa, Sphera, and Slimstock; publish golden records.

Job description

Job Title: Senior Informatica MDM Implementation Lead.

This is a hands-on Informatica MDM build role, not advisory-only. The candidate should have hands-on Informatica MDM implementation experience, preferably multiple end-to-end implementations. (CDI/IICS alone is not sufficient.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the Informatica MDM solution design for Vendor, Customer, and Product domains, aligned with the programmes overall architecture and governance framework.
• Define and document the Informatica MDM data model (base objects, child objects, relationship objects) to replace Syndigos entity/taxonomy structure.
• Design match/merge strategies (probabilistic, deterministic, survivorship rules) for vendor, customer, and product records, using Informatica Hub / IDMC CDI capabilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to position Informatica MDM within the landscape (JDE, D365, Nintex, Coupa, Sphera, Slimstock, Snowflake) and define integration patterns (batch, near-real-time, APIs).

2. Implementation & Configuration

• Configure base objects, child objects, and packages in Informatica MDM Hub / IDMC CDI for:
• Implement match rules (identity matching, fuzzy match, cross-field match) and merge rules (survivorship, trust scores, lineage) for each domain.
• Configure Business Entity Services / APIs for upstream and downstream integration (Nintex onboarding forms, D365 CRM, JDE, Snowflake).
• Develop cleansing and standardization rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and/or IDMC mappings address validation, name standardization, tax ID format checks (GSTIN, PAN, VAT, etc.).
• Build and maintain IDMC mappings and pipelines to:
• Ingest source data from JDE, D365, Coupa, Sphera, Slimstock.
• Publish golden records back to subscriber systems.
• Feed Snowflake for analytics and Power BI DQ dashboards.

3. Integration & Performance

• Design and implement integration patterns between Informatica MDM and:
• JDE (Address Book, Vendor, Customer, Item Master).
• D365 CRM (accounts, contacts).
• Coupa (supplier and catalog data).
• Sphera (EHS / hazard data).
• Slimstock (demand planning SKUs).
• Optimize performance and scalability of match/merge processes and batch loads ensuring SLAs for data availability and stewardship turnaround are met.
• Establish error handling, logging, and monitoring for all Informatica MDM and IDMC processes.

4. Required Skills and Experience

Essential:

• 5–8+ years of experience in Master Data Management implementation, with at least 3–5 years specifically on Informatica MDM (on-prem Hub) and/or Informatica Cloud MDM / IDMC CDI.
• Proven experience implementing multi-domain MDM (minimum two domains among Vendor, Customer, Product).

• Experience integrating MDM with ERP and CRM systems (preferably JDE EnterpriseOne and Microsoft D365 CRM).
• Demonstrated experience in at least one end-to-end MDM implementation from design through go-live.
• Ability to translate business data rules (attribute standards, DQ rules, match/merge policies) into executable MDM configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication able to document solution design, mapping specs, rules, and workflows clearly.
