Job summary

Smiths Group is seeking an MDMA Analyst to join its data governance team. The role focuses on Master Data management in SAP ECC, including customer, vendor, material, and finance master data.

You will guide teams, capture requirements, and document functional solutions while coordinating testing with business users. You will work under the Master Data Management Manager/Supervisor and ensure data quality and policy adherence across SAP and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with solution scoping, development and delivery with Winshuttle/Evolve Studio.
• SAP ERP, Power BI knowledge.
• Excel - Intermediate to Advanced level.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in SAP data migration tools and ETL is an advantage.
• Hands-on with development techniques and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Script creation and maintenance in Winshuttle Studio.
• End to end testing of solutions; promote from non-prod to prod.
• Set up users, licenses, and groups.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP S4/HANA.
• Create and maintain quality documentation and process flows.
• Drive process improvements and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate across geographies and process areas.

SmithsGroup is currently engaged in a new data governance plan and as such we requireanMDM Analyst to join the team.This position requires experience and business knowledge in the definition and management of the different Master Dataelements in SAP ECC. Theseincludescustomer,vendor, materialsmasterandfinancemasterdata. Anend-to-end understandingofthesedifferentdatasets,and howtheyrelateto other data elementsand business processes,will be criticalforguidingvariousteams inmanaging master datascenarios.This position requires experience in collecting business requirementsand creating detailed functionalsolutionsdocumentation.Experience in coordinating testing with business users and capturing change.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Whatyou'lldo–

• Responsible for script creation/maintenance inWinshuttleStudio.
• Responsible forEvolveforms and workflowcreation/maintenance,end to endtestingofsolutions, as well as promoting them from non-prod to prod environments.
• Responsible for setting up users, assigninglicensesandassigning/maintaininggroups.
• Maintain knowledge and experience of SAP S4/HANA.
• Create, review, andmaintainquality documentation (Business process documents, process flows,forms,testingand procedures, etc.).
• Continue to look for and drive process improvements.
• Solve and understandhow our processes work within Evolve and SAP.
• Takes work direction from theMaster Data ManagementManager/SupervisorandData GovernanceBusinessPartners.
• Highlight needs for new business rules, standards, orpolicy.
• Effectivelyworkacross operational needs and project work.
• Enableimprovement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization policies and standards, principles, processes, and data.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience withsolution scoping, development and delivery withWinshuttle/Evolve Studio, Composer and Foundation.
• SAP ERP, Power BI knowledge
• Excel - Intermediate to Advanced level
• Excellent data analytical skills
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Should have experience in SAP implementation withWinshuttleasdataload tool into SAP ECC.
• Should have extensively worked onWinshuttleTransaction,WinshuttleQuery andWinshuttleDirect.
• Responsible throughout design, development, testing,loadingand reconciliation.
• Should be hands-on with development techniques.
• Experience withcommunicating across different process areas, geographies, workforcesand technicalexpertise.
• Experience in providing technical support,maintainingcomprehensive documentation, andfacilitatingunit testing.
• Experience in web form development of complex workflows oncomposerisa must.
• Advanced Excel and VBA macro scripting isa must.
• SQL knowledge is an added advantage
• Basic programming skillsare required, preferably .NET C#.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration tools, ETL and other Data migration tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data structures in SAP FI/SD/MM modules is an advantage.
• Experience developing third partyapplication(.NetC#) usingWinshuttle/Evolve APIs is an advantage.
• Candidateshould havegood communicationskills.
