Smiths Detection is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead for Manufacturing and Quality with deep SAP PP/QM expertise. You will drive global process ownership, deliver end-to-end transformation, and lead SAP ECC/S/4HANA programs across multiple regions.

Strong consulting leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end SAP PP/QM delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP experience as BA or functional consultant.
• 8+ years PP/QM consulting experience in manufacturing/quality domains.
• Global program experience is desirable.

Job Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead - Manufacturing & Quality (SAP PP/QM) is responsible for the global ownership, optimization, and transformation of Manufacturing and Quality Management business processes. The role combines business analysis, manufacturing consulting, SAP functional leadership, and transformation delivery to ensure manufacturing excellence, quality compliance, and successful adoption of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA solutions across the organization. It serves as the key link between business stakeholders, SAP partners, and technology teams to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and digital transformation.
