Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic MBA to support our Alliances & Partnerships function. The role involves managing partner relationships, preparing partner-facing presentations, maintaining business dashboards, tracking partnership performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This position offers exposure to business development, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage partner presentations, proposals, and partnership decks.
• Maintain partnership dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of alliance initiatives.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and communication with strategic partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing joint go-to-market and business development activities.
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and partnership recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive partner-led growth.
• Support data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making.

Eligibility

• MBA (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, or related specialization) or recent MBA graduate.
• Strong interest in Alliances, Partnerships, Business Development, and Strategic Growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
