Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a Senior Associate in Maximo consulting to modernize asset management for clients across sectors. You’ll work with global teams on Maximo deployment, integrations, and field service optimization, mentoring juniors, and shaping solutions with a focus on client outcomes.

You will join a dynamic Technology Consulting practice, grow technical leadership, and contribute to high-impact projects in a collaborative environment that values initiative and continuous

Qualifications

• App Designer and DB Config: design and implement UI changes, custom Maximo applications, and schema extensions including custom objects and relationships
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x and IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x) across multiple functional modules
• Advanced Automation Script development: complex multi-object scripts, launch‑in‑context extensions, custom MBO validation, integration event framework, and field‑level scripting in JavaScript (Rhino) and Jython
• Deep Integration Framework expertise: design of object structures, bidirectional ERP/GIS/SCADA integration, error handling, JMS queue management, and enterprise messaging patterns

Responsibilities

• Supporting the deployment of emerging technologies within Maximo environments to drive innovation
• Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and industry standards
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Maximo development and integration
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve Maximo solutions

As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in business application consulting within our Technology Consulting network, focusing on Maximo Consulting. You will work directly with clients to modernise field service and operations, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful solutions.
