Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bangalore is seeking an Application Support specialist focused on IBM Maximo. You will provide configuration or development work related to IBM Maximo and must triage faults with a structured, methodical approach.

The role requires 3–6 years of IBM Maximo experience with immediate joiners preferred. Work is on-site in Bangalore; interviews are face-to-face and immediate start is expected.

Role & responsibilities

Application Support for IBM Maximo, Configuration or development work involving IBM Maximo Ability to triage and diagnose faults and problems effectively and quickly and employ a structured methodological approach to fault finding. Predisposition to personally own incidents and tickets until resolution, and to learn from others when escalating to different competencies. Ability to effortlessly and effectively simulate, quantify and investigate reported issues in non-live environments in order to triage effectively. Ability to work with complete autonomy once tasks have been allocated and briefed through daily stand-up meetings.

NP: Immediate - 15 days
