Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Bangalore is seeking a seasoned Maximo professional to lead technical initiatives and deliver robust Maximo solutions. The role focuses on integrating, migrating, and upgrading Maximo applications, with strong emphasis on customization and Mobility features.

6–9 years of hands-on experience is preferred, plus excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. The position is based in Bangalore, India, with on-site work requirements and exposure to MAS Manage

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience with IBM Maximo platform.
• Strong experience as Maximo Technical Lead/Developer.
• MAS 8 experience preferred.
• At least 2 end-to-end Maximo upgrade projects.
• Strong experience in Maximo integration and data migration.
• Experience in Maximo customization and configurations.
• Experience with Maximo Mobility applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience migrating from EAM to MAS Manage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maximo initiatives as the technical lead/architect.
• Drive Maximo integration and data migration efforts.
• Implement customization and configuration of Maximo applications.
• Leverage MAS 8 features and Maximo Mobility where applicable.
• Oversee end-to-end upgrade projects and migrations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure delivery quality.
