Job summary

Talentflexiserv Global is seeking a capable professional for a role focused on Maximo and ERP functions in a manufacturing setting. You will apply maintenance and reliability concepts, drive integrations, and support reporting across sites in Pune district.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP/ERP experience, Maximo familiarity, and strong communication to coordinate with plant leadership, IT teams, and external partners while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of maintenance and inventory processes.
• Hands-on SAP/ERP experience (mandatory).
• IBM Maximo experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and training capabilities.
• Willing to travel and support multiple manufacturing locations.
• Good understanding of indirect material management and inventory processes.
• Ability to lead implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Ability to interact with plant leadership, corporate teams, IT teams, and external partners.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
