We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and licensed Mathematics Teacher to join our secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching a diverse curriculum ranging from foundational pre-algebra for 8th graders to advanced mathematical concepts (including Calculus and Statistics) for upper high school students. Your primary goal will be to simplify complex principles, design engaging lesson plans, cultivate critical problem-solving skills, and foster a genuine appreciation for mathematics.

Core Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, structure, and deliver high-quality math lessons aligned with school and board standards (e.g., Common Core, CBSE/ICSE, or National Curriculum) across grades 8 through 12.
• Instructional Variety: Utilize modern educational pedagogy, real-world examples, and digital learning tools to explain complex geometric, algebraic, and statistical concepts clearly.
• Differentiated Learning: Adapt teaching methodologies to support diverse learning styles, including offering extra guidance to slow learners and accelerating advanced students.
• Assessment & Tracking: Create, invigilate, and grade routine assignments, quizzes, and formal board examinations. Maintain accurate digital records of student metrics and growth.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce a structured, positive, and safe learning environment that balances emotional well-being with intellectual focus.
