Job summary

RIKUN MANUFACTURING PVT LTD is seeking an experienced procurement professional to secure electronic components and production materials essential for uninterrupted manufacturing and timely customer deliveries.

The role requires 4–8 years in EMS/electronics procurement, deep knowledge of components and materials, and proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and MS Excel to optimize supplier performance and ensure on-time materials flow.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of procurement experience in EMS/electronics manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing materials.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to handle critical shortages in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Procure electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
• Review MRP requirements and raise/manage purchase orders based on production demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve overdue/critical materials.
• Discuss MOQ, lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage supplier performance, shortages, allocation constraints, and long-lead-time components.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Support NPI, engineering changes, alternate-source development, and BOM changes.
• Monitor procurement KPIs including delivery, supplier performance, and material availability.
