ExcelR Edtech is seeking a Master Trainer & Field Support Trainer for a large-scale training and adoption program in Rajasthan, specifically within the JVVNL circles. This role is crucial for delivering hands-on, bilingual training to approximately 6,000 employees, primarily linemen, across various distribution circles. The Master Trainer will be responsible for leading training sessions, ensuring high adoption rates of the training program, and mentoring Field Support Trainers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving certification through the Train-the-Trainer program and mastering the platform before commencing training delivery.
• Conducting bilingual, role-specific training sessions for various roles, ensuring that training is practical and relevant.
• Driving training outcomes by administering assessments and providing feedback to ensure a high percentage of successful training completions.
• Identifying and coaching local Champions to facilitate peer support and engagement within the training program.
• Providing hands-on remediation for trainees who require additional support.
• Mentoring Field Support Trainers and maintaining the quality of training delivery while reporting progress to the Project Management Unit (PMU).

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in training delivery or power distribution operations.
