  • Lead a team of 4–5 to meet key deliverables at the project location.
  • Ensure outreach targets are met and maintain weekly progress reports.
  • Build rapport with communities, stakeholders and institutions; coordinate with trainers.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly beneficiary data reports and capture training feedback.

Job Description
  • Approaching the Target Group – GiG workder,Drivers, Tractor owner, and Farmers to conduct the Financial Literacy trainingsessions, Enrolling on DigiLocker App and government schemes
  • Lead a team of 4-5 manpower and ensure the keydeliverables expected from the team at location
  • Ensure target outreach numbers are met in theassigned location
  • Build rapport with local community members,stakeholders, and institutions.
  • Track and document daily andweekly progress of activities.
  • Maintain attendance sheets,session reports, and other required documentation.
  • Prepare the weekly- monthly reports ofbeneficiary’s data and capture the training feedback, Case studies andTestimonials.
  • Submit timely updates andreports to the project manager and central project team.
  • Ensure that the quality oftraining and mobilization efforts meet project standards.
  • Manage logistics for sessionsand monitoring expenses as per budget, such as training material distribution,venue setup, refreshments arrangements etc.
  • Coordinate with trainers and mobilizers toensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree inSocial Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field(preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experiencein grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
  • Open to travel and relocate atthe project location
  • Strong leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with communitymobilization and training processes.
  • Fluency in the local languageand basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
