Job summary

Cogeco Ontario in Dadri, India, is seeking a detail-oriented sales operations associate to support SAP onboarding, pricing, and order management. You will enter partner discounts, manage price agreements in Salesforce, and ensure accurate PO processing against quotes.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Order Management, and customers, plus experience with SAP, Zendesk, and Salesforce CPQ. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years supporting Sales operations.
• Experience in inside sales or sales support is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, Zendesk and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customers in SAP from Sales tickets.
• Complete supplier forms for new customers and enter pricing discounts.
• Manage customer price agreements in Salesforce and CPQ.
• Ensure timely booking of POs and audit quotations for accuracy.
• Review POs against Cognex quotes and resolve discrepancies with Sales.
• Create quotes for pre-approved pricing and fast-turn opportunities.
• Coordinate order status with Order Management and Sales, in-country.
• Provide user support for Salesforce.

Essential Functions:

• Set up new customers in SAP based on Zendesk ticket submitted by Sales
• Complete supplier forms submitted by new customers
• Enter approved partner pricing discounts into Partner Portal as promotional code
• Manage customer price agreements in Salesforce
• Ensure clean and timely booking of customer purchase orders, including:
  • Proactively audit open quotations for pre-booking accuracy
  • Receive incoming customer purchase orders from Order Management Specialist
  • Review, interpret, and reconcile customer purchase order to Cognex quotation and work with Sales to resolve any discrepancies (units, products, pricing)
  • Attach customer purchase order to Cognex quotation and submit back to Order Management Specialist
• Create quotes in the following exception-based circumstances:
  • In response to RFQs for known BOMs with pre-approved pricing for high volume OEMs and repeat customers
  • In response to received purchase orders that are not associated with an existing quote for BOMs with pre-approved pricing for high volume OEMs and repeat customers
  • To facilitate fast-turn opportunities requiring expedited / UPS RED / next day shipment
  • Exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing operating practices to resolve exceptions.
• Act as liaison between Order Management, Sales, and customers regarding order status when in-country assistance is required
• Assist in providing user experience support in Salesforce
