Keystone Consulting seeks an experienced Master Data Manager to oversee global master data governance across SAP systems and analytics platforms. You will ensure data quality, establish standards, and coordinate with global functions to drive improvements.
In this role you will analyse data, manage clean-up activities, and support related SAP and digitalization projects in an international, cross-functional environment. English proficiency is essential.
1. Monitor global master data quality using SAP, existing reporting solutions and data analyses.
2. Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and recurring root causes and coordinate corrective actions with the responsible business functions and the SAP team.
3. Act as the central contact for master data related questions, issues and improvement requests across the ARGO-HYTOS Group.
4. Define, document and continuously improve global master data standards, rules, processes and governance principles.
5. Coordinate master data activities between global locations, business functions, data owners and the SAP team.
6. Proactively initiate and drive improvement activities related to master data quality, governance and processes.
7. Track identified issues and agreed improvement measures through to sustainable resolution.
8. Develop and maintain reports and analyses for monitoring master data quality and identifying improvement potential.
9. Perform data analyses using SAP, existing reporting solutions and SQL where applicable.
10. Prepare and coordinate master data clean-up and harmonization activities.
11. Support SAP, digitalization and other business projects with regard to master data requirements.
12. Support the definition and clarification of global master data ownership and responsibilities.
13. Provide transparency on master data quality, identified issues, corrective actions and improvement progress.
14. Independently prioritize and drive master data improvement topics within the agreed scope.
15. Coordinate with relevant functions such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Finance and IT depending on the master data domain and project.
1. Several years of experience in master data management, data governance, SAP or comparable enterprise data/process environments.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements.
3. Good working knowledge of SAP and reporting/data-analysis tools; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills in an international, cross-functional environment; fluent written and spoken English.
5. High degree of ownership, structured working style and the ability to independently prioritize and follow topics through to completion.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
