Job summary

Samsonite Group APAC & Middle East is seeking an ERP data management professional in Nashik. You will create and update codification for new products, maintain item codes in ERP LN, and manage BOMs for FG and related components.

You will also register vendors and maintain master data across RM and indirect items. Responsibilities include coordinate with overseas stakeholders for samples and product information, sustain sustainability data, and prepare EPR reports in LN.

Qualifications

• Technology Proficiency: Expert in MS Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and able to generate summary reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Ability to coordinate with regions including Asia, Europe, ME, and USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation of codification for all new products (finished goods).
• Update codification memos for new SKUs/markets.
• Create and update FG/RM/indirect item codes in ERP LN and maintain records.
• Create BOMs for FG, Shell, Sheets, etc. and update per ECN.
• Register and maintain vendors in LN ERP; coordinate with departments.
• Maintain HSN codes, routing operations, tasks, and work centers.
• Coordinate with overseas customers for samples and product information.
• Prepare and maintain Sustainability Data and EPR reports in LN.
• Coordinate manufacturing cost analysis with various departments.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Codification

• Responsible for managing the creation of codification for all new products. (finished goods)
• Updating existing codification memo, i.e., for the addition of new SKU, markets, etc.
• Tracking and maintaining all records of codification.

Item Master In The ERP System

• Creation of FG (finished goods) item codes and updating all necessary details of items in ERP LN.
• Creation of indirect purchase item codes related to various categories like IT, marketing, and procurement.
• Creation of all RM (raw material) codes.
• Tracking, updating, and maintenance of all item codes (FG, RM, and indirect).

Bill Of Materials In ERP System

• Creation of BOM (bill of materials) for FG (finished goods), Shell, Sheets, etc.
• Updating of bill of materials as per engineering change requests.

Vendor Registration & Updating

• Creation and maintenance of vendors in LN ERP system
• Coordination with various departments for the same.

Other Masters in the ERP system

• Maintenance of HSN codes.
• Maintenance of routing operations.
• Creation of tasks and work centres for routing.
• Purchase price updating for raw materials.
• Miscellaneous code creation and maintenance.

Others Operational activities

• Coordinate with overseas customers for samples, collaterals & product-related information
• Sustainability Data Preparation & Maintenance in LN system.
• EPR Report (Extended Producer Responsibility compliance) preparation & Maintenance in the system.

Manufacturing Cost analysis – coordinate with various departments.
