Job summary

Selections HR Services Private Limited in Pune seeks a Master Data Specialist to manage master data across ERP, ensure data quality, coordinate with teams, and generate MIS reports in Excel.

Strong experience in Master Data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material) and proficiency in Excel are required. BE/B.Tech candidates only, with willingness to work on site in Pune.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong data management skills across ERP systems.
• Experience creating and validating Customer, Vendor and Material Master data.
• Proficiency in data cleansing, validation and quality checks.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined standards.
• Handle master data requests, corrections and workflow approvals.
• Coordinate with business, procurement and finance to resolve data issues.
• Maintain data records and prepare MIS/reports using Excel.
• Adhere to SOPs, controls and SLA/TAT requirements.
