Role Objective

To generate business and promote precast concrete products by building relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote precast products' building networks
• Identify and approach new clients in construction and real estate sectors. Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales orders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams for project execution. Track upcoming construction projects and market opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships and regular follow-ups.
