Huedlife Pvt Ltd (Puretive) in Bengaluru is seeking a Marketplace & E- Commerce Growth Executive to own the marketplace and quick-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

You will manage product listings, pricing, stock, and campaigns, driving visibility and growth across platforms with hands-on ownership and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on marketplace or Quick Commerce experience.
• Strong experience with Amazon and Flipkart.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Quick Commerce platform (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
• Experience managing marketplace advertising.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning and replenishment.
• Experience coordinating POs, fulfilment, and stock movement.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Marketplace & E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a Marketplace & E- Commerce growth Executive who can take ownership of our marketplace and quick-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms.

This is a hands-on ownership role. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are available, visible, well-stocked, correctly listed, and growing across marketplaces.

You will work across marketplace operations, advertising, inventory planning, sales growth, and platform coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Manage Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
• Ensure product listings, pricing, offers, images, content, and catalogue information are accurate
• Monitor sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and marketplace performance
• Identify operational issues and resolve them proactively

Quick Commerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations across Quick Commerce platforms
• Coordinate with platform KAMs/category managers
• Monitor store-level availability and identify stock-outs
• Plan replenishment and ensure adequate inventory across locations
• Coordinate POs, stock transfers, and fulfilment requirements
• Track platform-level sales and availability

Inventory & Fulfilment

• Maintain accurate inventory across warehouses and marketplaces
• Plan stock requirements based on sales velocity and upcoming demand
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely fulfilment
• Monitor stock-outs, excess inventory, and ageing inventory
• Ensure marketplace and warehouse inventory are properly reconciled

Marketplace Advertising

• Manage and optimize Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns
• Monitor advertising spend, ROAS/ACOS, sales, CPC, and conversion
• Identify products and campaigns that require optimization
• Plan campaigns around launches, promotions, and key sales periods

Sales & Growth

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace sales
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and product visibility
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and marketplace activity
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions and offers
• Analyze marketplace data and take corrective actions

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain regular marketplace performance reports
• Track sales, inventory, advertising, ROAS/ACOS, availability, and fulfilment
• Use Excel/Google Sheets to analyse marketplace performance
• Highlight issues and opportunities to the management team

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in marketplace and/or Quick Commerce operations
• Strong experience with Amazon and Flipkart
• Hands-on experience with at least one or more Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart
• Experience managing marketplace advertising
• Strong understanding of inventory planning and replenishment
• Experience coordinating POs, fulfilment, and stock movement
• Comfortable working with marketplace dashboards and analytics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
