Sminetech is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to run its marketing end to end. The role covers the website, search, LinkedIn (organic and paid), email, content and events, and its job is to turn that marketing into qualified enterprise leads.
About Sminetech
Sminetech is a technology consulting firm. It delivers site reliability engineering (SRE), cloud, AI, managed services and Global Capability Centre (GCC) set-up for banks, financial institutions and other enterprises. Its priority markets are the US, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, followed by India and Asia-Pacific.
This is the first dedicated marketing role at Sminetech. You will own the channels that put Sminetech in front of technology and finance leaders. That includes a 30-page website, a blog published 2–3 times a month, LinkedIn and email campaigns. A marketing automation platform (Crescent) for SEO, content approval, LinkedIn and email is already in place for you to run.

- Review the website every quarter: structure, navigation, page copy, calls to action and lead forms.
- Plan and carry out restructuring: new pages, redirects, internal linking and page templates.
- Manage Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools: indexing requests, sitemaps, crawl errors and coverage.
- Track keyword rankings, impressions and click-through rate, and act on what falls behind.
- Keep technical SEO healthy: meta tags, structured data, page speed, mobile layout and accessibility.
- Keep search and business listings accurate: Google Business Profile, Bing Places and business directories.
- Build quality backlinks through guest articles, directory listings and partner sites.
LinkedIn
- Plan and publish company-page posts, at least 3 a week.
- Support leadership with posts and articles under their own names.
- Run LinkedIn paid campaigns: audiences, creative, budget pacing, lead-gen forms, A/B tests and cost-per-lead reporting.
Email marketing
- Build and run email nurture sequences and newsletters for target accounts.
- Keep lists clean and verified, and follow anti-spam and data-protection rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's DPDP Act).
- Report on opens, replies and meetings booked, and improve subject lines and copy through testing.
Content
- Write and commission blogs, long-form articles, case studies, whitepapers and service-page copy.
- Run a 2–3-post monthly blog calendar from keyword research through to publishing and promotion.
- Turn client engagements into anonymised case studies with measurable outcomes.

- Research and shortlist industry events, conferences and award entries in the target markets, with a cost-benefit view for each.
- Plan and run webinars and roundtables from topic, speakers and promotion through to follow-up.
- Prepare event material (stand content, brochures, presentation decks) and follow up on leads within 48 hours.
Reporting
- Send a monthly marketing report covering traffic, rankings, leads by source, campaign spend and pipeline influenced.
