Key Responsibilities:
Content & Communication
  • Create long-form and short-form B2B content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, website copy, and sales collateral

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and campaign tracking systems
Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing

  • Manage audience targeting including retargeting, ABM, and lookalike audiences
  • Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPL, conversions, and pipeline contribution
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track campaign and funnel performance through dashboards and reporting
  • Identify conversion drop-offs and improve lead journeys and campaign efficiency
  • Use insights and data to optimize targeting, messaging, and overall marketing performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, content marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Experience independently executing and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong B2B content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience with campaign analytics, reporting, dashboards, and performance optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, or ABM is preferred
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
Skills:

  • B2B demand generation, ABM, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Understanding of SaaS and enterprise marketing
  • Ability to independently plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing content, campaigns, tools, CRM, and analytics simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • High ownership and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify funnel gaps and continuously improve marketing processes
  • At FreightFox, we believe mindset matters as much as skillset. Here are the traits that make someone a great fit for our team:
  • Doer, Not Just a Thinker: You believe in execution and ownership — less about endless planning and more about delivering outcomes.
  • Customer Obsessed: You understand buyer journeys deeply and create experiences that genuinely add value.

What We Offer:
  • A high-energy environment where you’ll work alongside people building innovative tech solutions for the logistics industry
