Job summary

Planitech Consultancy in Mumbai invites a Marketing Officer / Business Development Executive to build our client base in the region from the ground up. You will engage banks, coordinate with valuation and engineering teams, and drive new business opportunities.

The role requires a graduate with 2–5 years in marketing or BD, strong communication in English, Hindi and Marathi, and willingness to travel across Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; engineering, commerce or real estate background is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in valuation, real estate or banking.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from banks in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
• Visit bank branches and offices to build and maintain relationships.
• Work toward empanelling the firm with new banks.
• Coordinate with valuation and engineering teams and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to secure repeat work.
• Record client visits and conversions and report to management.

Marketing Officer / Business Development Executive Property Valuation & LIE Services

About Us

Planitech Consultancy is a property valuation and technical consultancy firm serving banks. Our services include property valuation, Lender's Independent Engineer (LIE) reports, technical due diligence and related advisory work.

We have recently started our Mumbai office at Mulund West and are looking for a dedicated marketing professional to build our client base in the region from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business from Nationalised banks in Mumbai and the surrounding region
• Visit bank branches, regional offices and credit or project finance departments to build and maintain relationships
• Work towards getting the firm empanelled with new banks
• Handle enquiries, coordinate with the valuation and engineering team, and follow up on quotations and reports
• Keep regular contact with existing clients to secure repeat work
• Maintain a record of client visits, enquiries and conversions, and report to management regularly

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Engineering, Commerce or Real Estate background is an advantage)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in property valuation, real estate consultancy, engineering or construction consultancy, or in a bank
• Existing contacts with bank branches in Mumbai will be a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Comfortable with field visits and local travel across Mumbai
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email and basic reporting
• Must be a resident of Mumbai and well acquainted with the region
