The AR team is entrusted with owning and managing relationships with global analysts across services and industry segments.

The relationships are considered of high value as research analysts influence client buying decisions, rate, rank and report on our business, influence our brand and reputation, and provide advice to the business in shaping and forming marketing messages.

At Infosys, the AR programs are managed on a global, cross-functional and cross-industry basis to ensure accurate and consistent positioning to maintain, nurture and advance leadership position with analysts.

Responsibilities-

Infosys is seeking individuals with 10-12 years’ experience. The individual is responsible for building “trusted advisor” relationships with Infosys leadership and senior executives across the organisation. Equally important are the relationships with top analysts at target analyst firms. These two audiences are brought together by the AR team for the primary purpose of delivering a carefully crafted set of messages to the analyst community.

To be credible and successful in this role, the individual needs to broadly and deeply understand the nuances across services and industries. The candidate must be able to interpret large volumes of information, and manage senior internal and external relationships.

Importantly, the global nature of the role requires someone who can manage diverse teams of leaders and extended support teams, understanding nuances of varied cultures, flexibility and accommodation of working with leaders and analysts around the world. The candidate will work effectively as part of an experienced and skilled professionals of Infosys AR team.

Individual will also need to proactively look out for opportunities through their relationships with analysts to develop and publish narratives that benefit the unit/business.

This role will be unlike conventional AR on responding to research requests, but entirely aligned to formulating key strategies, messaging, being a counsel to Executives as well as decision making on what will be worthy for external stakeholders.

Looking out for -
  • Individuals who are result oriented, with accountability of tasks. Self-starter with excellent networking traits. You will have to collaborate with groups across hierarchies
  • Collection of data and consolidate information for actionable items, reports and analyses
  • Passion in technology services and interest in the industry ecosystem is an imperative. You need to be familiar not just with peers in the industry, but also have an opinion on their performance
  • Ability to leverage artefacts, case examples and come up with differentiating factors for the business
Requirements -
  • Analyst Relations experience; 10-12 years. Added advantage if charter has been with a Professional Services Company
