This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving performance across digital channels, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business goals across various industries.
  
• Lead and optimize performance across key digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Team Management:
  
• Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts to ensure high-quality execution and continuous professional growth.
  
• Client Engagement:
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely reporting, and alignment on campaign objectives and KPIs.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.
  
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and present detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Growth Initiatives:
  
• Identify opportunities for client growth through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative marketing solutions.
  

Requirements

Experience:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
