We are scaling enrollment and seeking a marketing leader to define and execute campaigns, track performance, and optimize the funnel from leads to enrollments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lead generation or performance marketing.
• Proven track record generating leads for B2C or educational programs.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and executethe marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
