Job summary

Zafify is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for its Delhi NCR operations. This on-site role focuses on driving growth across retail, corporate, and medical sales, building client relationships, and leading field marketing efforts.

You will develop strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with teams to meet ambitious targets, while traveling to engage with clients and stakeholders in person.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail, Corporate, and/or Medical Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of field marketing and business development.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across retail, corporate, and medical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits and meetings with prospective and existing clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and provide updates to management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
