We're looking for a well-rounded B2B marketer who has spent their career across the full go-to-market motion, not just one corner of it. You'll own how we position the product, how we build the pipeline, and how we grow. The ideal person has real depth in product marketing and demand generation but has also lived closer to revenue: growth, partnerships, sales collaboration, and the works. This isn't a "run the content calendar" role. You'll be shaping the GTM strategy alongside the founders and the sales team, and you'll be measured on pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Product Marketing:
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative; translate technical voice-AI capabilities into sharp, buyer-facing value.
- Lead product and feature launches end-to-end, working across product and sales. Build sales enablement that actually gets used: decks, battle cards, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop deep understanding of our buyers, personas, and the competitive landscape.
Demand Generation:
- Own the demand engine across channels (content, paid, email, events, and ABM) to build a qualified pipeline.
- Partner with sales on pipeline targets and funnel health (MQL, SQL revenue).
- Run experiments, track CAC and ROI, and double down on what works. Own the marketing stack, attribution, and reporting.
Growth & GTM (the "not only marketing" part):
- Operate across the whole GTM motion, comfortable owning outcomes that sit close to revenue.
- Explore growth loops, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities that open new channels.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, product, and founders on GTM strategy.
Requirements:
- ~8 years in B2B go-to-market, with genuine depth in product marketing and demand generation.
- A well-rounded operator who has worn multiple GTM hats: PMM, demand gen, growth, and partnerships, rather than being siloed in one function.
- A track record of building pipelines and shipping launches in B2B SaaS.
- Comfort with technical or AI products: you can get up to speed on voice AI and speak credibly to a technical buyer.
- Data-driven and comfortable owning funnel metrics and budgets.
- A builder's mentality thrives in ambiguity, happy to be hands-on.
- Good to have: Tier 1 education pedigree, the likes of IIT, ISB, IIM, BITS, etc.
Bonus Points:
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, ideally building a marketing function from the ground up.
- Background in AI, developer, infrastructure, or technical SaaS categories.
- Exposure to growth partnerships, BD, or channel work.
