MeantToBe Pvt. Ltd in Gurgaon is seeking a sharp Marketing Intern to learn marketing by doing it at a fast-moving startup.

You'll work directly with the marketing team and the founders on real campaigns, launches, and growth experiments, not just side projects. You'll get hands-on exposure across brand, content, social, growth, and community, and you'll have the chance to own projects from idea to execution.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at, or recently graduated from, a Tier-1 institution.
• Strong interest in marketing, consumer brands, and startups.
• Creative writing and communication skills.
• Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Bonus: experience running social pages or campus clubs or fests.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Create and manage content for social media (short-form video, memes, posts).
• Research dating trends, competitors, and audience insights.
• Coordinate with creators, influencers, and partners.
• Support college and campus marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and build simple reports and dashboards.
• Brainstorm and test growth ideas and share learnings with the team.
• Contribute wherever needed in a dynamic startup environment.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, creative Marketing Intern who wants to learn marketing by doing it at a fast-moving startup. You'll work directly with the marketing team and the founders on real campaigns, launches, and growth experiments, not just side projects.

What You'll Do

• Support marketing campaigns and launches from planning through execution
• Create and help manage content for social media, including short-form video, memes, and posts
• Research dating trends, competitors, and our audience to find fresh insights and ideas
• Help find, reach out to, and coordinate with creators, influencers, and partners
• Support college and campus marketing initiatives
• Track campaign and content performance, and help build simple reports and dashboards
• Brainstorm and test new growth ideas, and share what you learn with the team
• Pitch in wherever needed; at an early-stage startup, every day looks a little different

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying at, or recently graduated from, a Tier-1 institution (such as the IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, SRCC, St. Stephen's, MICA, or equivalent); this is a must-have
• A genuine interest in marketing, consumer brands, and startups
• A deep understanding of, or genuine interest in, dating culture
• Extremely online and culturally aware; you know what's trending before it trends
• Creative, with strong writing and communication skills
• Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
• A self-starter with a hustler mentality who takes initiative and ownership
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Bonus: experience running social pages, creating content, or leading college clubs or fests
