Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the pump, water management, engineering, or industrial products industry. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility, executing market-development activities, supporting dealer/channel partners, and generating awareness among customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to understand market potential, customer requirements, competitor activities, and brand visibility.
• Execute marketing activities for pumps and related products across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors, consultants, builders, and other market influencers.
• Plan and execute dealer meets, customer meets, plumber meets, contractor meets, technical seminars, and product demonstrations.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing activities.
• Ensure proper product branding and visibility at dealer and retail outlets.
• Implement POSM/POP activities such as shop boards, display units, banners, danglers, posters, brochures, and product displays.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors for branding and promotional requirements.
• Conduct competitor analysis covering pricing, product launches, schemes, dealer activities, and market presence.
• Identify new markets, dealers, influencers, and potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and market development.
• Conduct product awareness activities and communicate product features, benefits, and applications.
• Coordinate with the central marketing team for campaign execution and promotional material requirements.
• Track and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Candidates with experience handling dealer/channel marketing and field activation will be preferred.
