Job summary

MB Learning India in Hyderabad designs and runs educational immersion programmes for Indian schools, turning on-ground moments into engaging online visuals. You will shoot, edit and post reels, posts and campaigns to attract schools and parents.

Based in Gachibowli, you will manage a content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp, travel for shoots, and report monthly reach and enquiries with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in social media, design or content (freelance counts).
• Portfolio of reels and designs you made yourself; links to accounts you have run are best.
• Confident with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut and Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Can shoot good-looking video on a phone: framing, light, sound, hooks.
• Good written English for captions; comfortable on camera or directing people on camera.
• Able to travel occasionally for shoots; based in Hyderabad.
• Nice to have: photography or DSLR/mirrorless video, Meta ads basics, education/travel/lifestyle content, motion graphics (After Effects).

Role & responsibilities:

MB Learning designs and runs educational immersion programmes for Indian schools: study trips, summer schools and learning journeys in India and abroad with partner universities. Founder-led, headquartered in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Small team, real responsibility from day one.

You will run how MB Learning looks and sounds online. Our programmes are visual by nature: students at universities, museums, labs and landmarks in India and abroad. You will turn that into Instagram reels, posts and campaigns that make schools and parents want in. You design, you shoot, you edit, you post.

• Plan and run the content calendar for Instagram (@mblearningglobal), LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp.
• Shoot and edit reels: on phone or camera, at our office, school events and, when needed, on trips.
• Design posts, carousels, stories, posters, brochures, certificates, backdrops and event branding in the MB brand system.

Compensation:

Rs 30,000 - 40,000 per month gross, based on portfolio and experience. Full-time, 6-month probation.

Location and hours:

Gachibowli, Hyderabad (office-based), Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Start: immediate.
