This position plays a key role in expanding our reach, strengthening partnerships, and driving business growth across Maharashtra. You will be instrumental in promoting our brand, services, and hearing healthcare solutions to individuals, hospitals, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive patient growth and brand visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities including partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
• Conduct market research to understand hearing care trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach programs.
• Coordinate and participate in community health camps, exhibitions, and awareness drives.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to align marketing goals with patient service excellence.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure a superior patient experience.
• Manage digital marketing activities — including social media, website updates, and online lead generation.

Requirements
