ABP Empower is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to assist the team in executing go-to-market campaigns across India. The role focuses on brand consistency, content creation, and coordinating across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Brand management: maintain brand identity across channels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies (B2B and B2C).
• Create marketing plans with objectives, targets, and tactics.
• Coordinate traditional, digital, social media, retail partnerships, and events.
• Conduct market research on consumer trends and competitors.
• Create engaging content for copy, descriptions, blogs, emails.
• Plan and manage campaigns: budget, timelines, performance tracking.
• Analyze KPI data and generate reports for improvements.
• Build relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• The responsibilities will include but may not be restricted to the following:


• Brand Management: Developing and maintaining the brand identity for key mandates of the organisation, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.


• Work with the team in building strategy, implementation of plans (both b2b and b2c), and evaluation.


• Marketing Strategy: Creating comprehensive marketing plans with the team that outline objectives, target markets, positioning strategies, and tactics for reaching key target audiences effectively.


• This may include traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media campaigns, retail partnerships, and promotional events.


• Market Research: Conducting market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors related to food products.


• This includes analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities for differentiation.


• Content Creation: Generating engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, product descriptions, infographics, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.


• Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish, including budget allocation, timeline management, and performance tracking.


• This involves coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful implementation.


• Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.


• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong and continuous relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders


• Design: Work with the design team to curate key visuals for the mandate
