Job summary

Allusign in Jaipur, India is seeking a dynamic Marketing/Lead Generation assistant to identify new opportunities and engage with clients across divisions. You will handle social media, help in campaigns, and support lead generation, with a preference for female candidates.

As part of the team, you will meet clients, analyze requirements, and coordinate with design, production, and technical staff to deliver tailored proposals and responsive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and private sectors (retail, commercial, hospitality, corporate, institutional and infrastructure).
• Use online platforms, field visits, references, exhibitions, and company databases to generate leads.
• Convert inquiries into orders through follow-ups and relationship management.
• Meet clients regularly to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Work with design, production, and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.

Client Meetings and Presentations

Coordination and Execution Support

• Track project status and support the CRE to ensure smooth execution.


• Assist in handling documentation, work orders, and approvals.
