Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Practical, get-things-done approach on the ground.
• Experience in marketing execution, events, retail marketing, production or agency coordination is an advantage.
• Interest in fashion, jewellery or premium consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and coordinate with vendors, agencies, creators, event partners and other external teams.
• Compare proposals, negotiate rates and timelines, and manage follow-ups through to delivery.
• Coordinate on-ground execution for events, activations, shoots, store campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Manage production and delivery of marketing materials, including signage, displays, print collateral and gifting.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to keep briefs, approvals, schedules and deliverables on track.
• Visit stores and event locations to support execution and resolve issues as they come up.
• Track budgets, vendor costs, timelines and campaign deliverables.
• Share clear updates with the Marketing Manager and flag delays or gaps early.
