Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage purchase orders from receipt to internal processing and execution follow-ups.
• Maintain timely and professional client communication via phone, email, or meetings.
• Track order progress and ensure follow-ups with internal departments to meet client timelines.
• Monitor order status and elevate any potential delays or client concerns.
• Handle data entry and management of client interactions, orders, feedback, and reports.
• Assist in creating and implementing client-specific marketing strategies or promotional plans.
• Maintain and update client-specific dashboards, reports, and trackers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Lead and participate in review meetings.
• Support marketing initiatives for new product developments or customized offerings.
