Job summary

TestHiring in Delhi/NCR seeks a results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote agro machinery and build lasting dealer relationships. You will visit dealers, distributors, farmers, and potential customers, demonstrate products, and pursue new business opportunities.

With 2–5 years of field sales experience in agricultural equipment, you will travel extensively, hit monthly targets, report progress daily, and support dealers to grow product awareness and sales.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales/marketing experience in agro machinery or related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to dealers, distributors, farmers, and potential customers across Delhi/NCR.
• Promote and demonstrate agro machinery and equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Description

Conduct field visits to dealers, distributors, farmers, and potential customers across Delhi/NCR.Promote and demonstrate the company's agro machinery and equipment.Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and customer meetings.Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and follow-up reports.Support dealers in increasing product awareness and sales.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in field sales/marketing within the agro machinery or agricultural equipment industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of agricultural products, machinery, and the local market.Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR.Valid driving license is preferred.
